Insurance Coverage
We are proud to be an in-network provider for a variety of major insurance carriers to ensure your care is accessible. We currently accept:

Not sure about your coverage? Insurance plans can vary significantly. We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to verify your "Outpatient Physical Therapy" benefits and to see if a physician's referral is required before your first visit.
Self-Pay Option
For patients who are uninsured, have high deductibles, or prefer the flexibility of paying out-of-pocket, we offer competitive self-pay rates.
Choosing self-pay allows us to focus entirely on your recovery goals without the limitations often set by insurance companies regarding the number or frequency of visits.
- Initial Evaluation: $150
- Follow-up Sessions: $150
- We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Additional Fees & Policies
Your health and recovery are our priority, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we continue providing the highest level of one-on-one clinical care, we kindly ask that you observe the following practice policies:
- Cancellation & No-Show Policy: We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed "no-shows" will incur a $50 fee.
- Travel Fee: We are proud to offer mobile physical therapy across St. John. To account for the additional travel time and logistics required to reach the eastern side of the island, a $50 travel fee applies to all appointments in the Coral Bay and Carolina areas (any location past Colombo’s Smoothie Stand / Drifters). This fee ensures we can continue to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to our neighbors on the far side of the island.
- Consolidated Visits: If you and a neighbor or family member in Coral Bay schedule back-to-back sessions at the same location, the travel fee is only charged once!
Insurance Note: Please keep in mind that while your treatment may be covered by insurance (Medicare, Cigna, etc.), cancellation, no-show, and travel fees are an out-of-pocket responsibility and will be billed separately.
St. Thomas Service
We are pleased to offer physical therapy to our neighbors on St. Thomas. Due to the logistics of inter-island travel, including the round-trip barge fare, port fees, and the extended transit time required to reach your location, a $150 travel premium applies to all St. Thomas visits.
- Consolidated Visits: If you and a neighbor or family member in Coral Bay schedule back-to-back sessions at the same location, the travel fee is only charged once!
